1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the cooperation between Deep Concept Studio and clients using the services offered through our website and other agreed communication channels.
By placing an order, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Deep Concept Studio provides services including, but not limited to:
- Mixing & Mastering,
- Streaming Mastering,
- Music Production,
- Track Analysis & Feedback,
- Editing and Recreation of AI-Generated Audio,
- Other audio-related services agreed upon individually.
3. Placing an Order
Orders may be placed through:
- the online store,
- the contact form,
- email,
- other mutually agreed communication channels.
The scope of work, pricing and delivery time are agreed individually before the project begins.
4. Client Materials
The client confirms that they own or have the necessary rights to all materials submitted for the requested service.
Deep Concept Studio is not responsible for any copyright infringement or third-party rights violations resulting from materials supplied by the client.
5. Revisions
Clients may request revisions until the agreed final result has been achieved.
Revisions apply only to the original scope of the project and do not include:
- new arrangements,
- additional music production,
- new recordings,
- alternative versions of the track,
- changes outside the originally agreed scope.
6. Project Deadlines
Delivery times are agreed individually for each project.
The delivery schedule may change due to:
- delays in receiving project files,
- an expanded scope of work,
- force majeure,
- other circumstances beyond the studio’s reasonable control.
7. Payments
Payment for the service must be made in full before work on the project begins.
Once payment has been received, Deep Concept Studio will begin the project according to the agreed scope of work.
We are committed to delivering a final result that meets the client’s expectations. As part of the service, clients may request revisions in accordance with these Terms of Service.
In exceptional cases, where the agreed result cannot be achieved despite the revision process, Deep Concept Studio may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund following an individual review of the case.
8. Liability
Deep Concept Studio undertakes to perform all services with due care and in accordance with current professional audio industry standards.
The studio’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased service.
Deep Concept Studio shall not be liable for any publishing, marketing or commercial decisions relating to the client’s project after completion of the service.
9. Copyright
Copyright ownership of all materials supplied by the client remains with the client.
Deep Concept Studio does not acquire any copyright ownership of the client’s music or materials.
Unless otherwise agreed, the studio reserves the right to present excerpts of completed projects in its portfolio, social media channels and promotional materials.
Clients who do not wish their project to be published should notify the studio before work begins.
10. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted by email using the studio’s contact address.
Each complaint is reviewed individually within 14 days.
Complaints do not apply to changes based solely on personal artistic or sonic preferences after the agreed revision process has been completed.
11. Final Provisions
Deep Concept Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
The latest version of these Terms of Service is always available on our website.
Any matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the country in which the business is registered.
