After placing your order, you’ll receive simple instructions along with a secure upload link for your files. This allows you to send all your stems quickly and easily in one place.

Once we receive your files, we’ll review them and confirm that everything has been exported correctly and is ready for mixing.
Stems are individual audio files that make up your song.

To determine the total number of tracks, count each element of your project separately – for example vocals, instruments, ad-libs, effects or backing vocals.

The total number of these individual audio files equals the total track count of your project.
Simply choose the mastering service during checkout or go directly to the mastering order form.

If you need additional versions such as an instrumental, acapella or performance mix, we can prepare those as well.

By default, we deliver files in 24-bit and 16-bit / 44.1 kHz formats.
We don’t set a fixed limit on revisions. We’ll continue refining your project until the final version meets your expectations.

Yes. You can place your order in advance and upload your project whenever you’re ready. We don’t set any deadlines for sending your files.

Once your files have been uploaded, simply let us know by email and we’ll begin working on your project.
Once your recording session is complete, ask your recording engineer to export the tracks for mixing.
